What we offer
Project Management
Our Project Managers are trained and equipped to manage and deliver projects end-to-end. From the idea stage, right through to the end hand-over. They are trained to coordinate clients and design consultants oversee every aspect of your construction projects. They coordinate with all stakeholders, manage resources, and monitor progress, to deliver your project on time and within budget. A number of our PMs are also registered commercial builders, that not only deliver on the clients needs, but also exceed National Construction Code (NCC) requirements.
Site Preparation
Preparation in any activity is key, to ensure project quality & safety standards are implemented and adhered to. Foursites dedicated project team get to work well before any onsite work commences, to ensure all risk is assessed and mitigated. These include, but are not exclusive to; in ground service scanning, Dial Before you Dig, applications to council permits, documentation of traffic management plans, QMS, RMS, PMS, EMS.
Foundation & Structure
Consolidating the advice from our structural engineer, we work closely with our architects to ensure our clients design intent is always maintained and structural standards are exceeded.
Mechanical, electrical & plumbing
While exceeding minimum design requirements, we ensure buildability through the involvement of our subcontracting service trades in the preliminary design phase. This ensures that best practice and a common sense approach is achieved in the documentation, by mitigating any potential hazards or risks along the way.
Interior fitout
Whether it be in the CBD or a suburban commercial office, Foursite are your best option to deliver your interior fit-out needs. Experienced in working with body corporate, facility management and other asset stakeholders, we find our clients have a great level of satisfaction, as we work with the body corporate for you. We remove the road-blocks and eliminate additional communications, making for a more efficient process, with better outcomes.
Safety & compliance
We utilise 1Breadcrumb to manage our day to day onsite safety & compliance to provide a simple approach to digital sharing, collecting, reviewing and accessing safety documents across every project. These are consistently shared with stakeholders across every project. Foursite are also in the process of ISO accreditations for management systems; ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO9001.

Environmental Management System looks at how our organisation can minimise its impact on the natural environment in which it operates, and asks us to analyse areas, that we encourage sustainability in our supply chain and look for new ways of operating, that may optimise our environmental management strategies.

ISO 9001 Quality Management System, in particular – provides us with a framework of continual improvement, that aims to ensure customer satisfaction, with a processed approach, to applying the quality management principles specific to our operations.
