We are committed to minimising the environmental impact of our construction projects. We value education, continual upskilling, and keeping abreast of industry changes and industry best practices. We employ sustainable building practices, use eco-friendly materials, and prioritise energy efficiency throughout the construction process.

Safety & wellbeing
Foursite became ISO accredited in November 2024: Quality 9001, Environment 14001 and OH&S 45001. This is our foundation going forward, and creates consistency of procedures across our business. Streamlining employee growth and development, and establishing safety and confidence within our business
Fair labor practices
We are proud to adhere to Victorian labor laws and regulations. We support local trade and services where possible, on our projects. Our workers and subcontractors are treated with dignity and respect. We provide fair and timely remuneration, recognising the value of their work. And build long term relationships with trades and services.
Accountability
We provide full-disclosure to our clients, stakeholders, and the community with the use of our internal project management platform Procore, with integrated systems Xero & 1breadcrumb. Streamlining where all information is recorded, all changes and communications are tracked, and is accessible to all, with weekly and fortnightly reporting. Reducing the risk of error or miscommunications, and creating a hub of accessible information across all levels of the project.
Community
As a part of the community, Foursite engages in supporting local non-profit organisations, either by donation, working bee's or participating in charity events. In 2024 we participated in the final OXFAM 100km walk, raising funds to tackle poverty. We also spent a day providing maintenance works for the much needed Benwerren Women's Retreat.
In 2025, we have started the year with a day at Edgar's Mission, assisting to maintain the sanctuary for the rescued farm animals.
And with our regional projects, we continually focus on supporting local, by hiring from within their local community.
