           Foursite delivered a large extension at the Myrtleford Football Club (MFC) which consists of a 180m2 suspended slab, over 100tons of structural steel, large inground piles and around $500K in internal refurbishment works. 
          &#xD;

            To deliver this project from almost 300km from our head office, has meant we had to have all of our processes in place. We utilised our two major Project Management and Site Safety platforms of 1breadcrumb and Procore, and we required major support from locals trades. This was to ensure our clients tight schedule could be adhered to and that our Post Project Care Plan could be fully supported following handover.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            We also had the opportunity to use our digital Integrated Management System (IMS) to its full potential by knowing who was on site, what they were doing and when. These are key tools used to support our ISO accreditation and ongoing growth.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The clients goals were as follows:
          &#xD;

            Deliver the project in the off season for the local football club (August 2024 to February 2025)

             Along with extending the size of the existing facility, attempt to update as much of the existing club as possible

    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

            The Myrtleford Football Netball Club project was a big success for all involved, and remains a big contribution to Foursites FY24 business goals. Foursite managed to engage 100% local trades (within 50KM radius), some of which were even sponsors of the football/netball club. The project was delivered right on time for the club to commence pre-season training, and included over $90,000.00 in additional works which were completed all in the original timeframe. A total of 9600 trade hours were carried out across the 17 local sub-contracting companies engaged.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           There were zero reportable incidents that occurred and Foursite are looking forward to working on future opportunities with the Alpine Shire Council on the back of what was a very successful project.

           Foursite delivered the works within 48hours onsite and are now a preferred contractor across Victoria.

            Foursite completed 5 separate projects for the city of Boorondara, each at separate locations. These projects were all completed in a live environment, meaning children and adults from the public needed to be protected at all times. We delivered this project ahead of time and were praised for our delivery method. Our tender submission was highly questioned due to our ambitious delivery timeframe; however, we were praised once it was achieved.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

           Foursite were engaged by the Play CC&amp;amp;K Centre and Kelly Architecture to deliver on the extension and refurbishment works of the existing daycare centre in Belmont, Victoria. The project area stretched across a 2770m2 site which included 800m2 of new build, 200m2 carpark and a 350m2 refurbishment of an existing building. The new building works consisted of a single level slab-on-ground, brick veneer and metal cladding build, along with a modernised commercial standard internal fit-out, fit for over 120 children.

           Around 100km from Foursites head office, Foursite needed to engage with local trades and employ locally based staff to be based onsite fulltime. The project was deemed high risk due to its live environment throughout the entire projects duration. The project required a premium safety standard to be set and upheld over the 11 months onsite, to ensure the safety of both parents, children and staff. The existing building also contained contaminated materials which needed to be removed and managed with this same premium level standard. The project required monthly meetings, chaired by Foursite, along with ongoing cashflow reporting and program status updates. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           As the project was spread across the entire site and required high risk works to be carried out, the scope was divided up into 3 stages, each needing to be fully handed over prior to the next starting. The site also needs its compound to be relocated twice to limit any disruption to the centre, to ensure it could remain open 100% of the time during construction.
           &#xD;

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;

           Foursite managed to deliver this project 2.5 months ahead of the contractual PC date, while also including around $130k of additional scope being added. There were over 14,000 trade hours completed across 48 subcontracting teams engaged. We managed to engage around 80% local trades to the Belmont/Geelong area, all of which contributed greatly to the success of this project. Foursite have received glowing feedback from both the architect and client for the delivery of this project.

           We won this project through the Boroondara Council tender process. The project brief consisted of renovating a section of the Balwyn Leisure Centre to upgrade it to include a new kindergarten room and bathroom. Space was converted from an old basketball court.

            Initial works were demolition of existing walls, installation of new footings for structural timber beams and posts, installation of new timber framework for new walls and vaulted/cathedral ceiling. The cathedral ceiling with skylights, was installed to optimise natural lighting for the children. New plaster walls, new pinboards, painting, air conditioning. 
           &#xD;

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           New vinyl floor coverings were laid, and new lighting throughout, which lifted the space considerably.

           The bathroom had to be kindergarten compliant, so we installed a new basin and toilet along with increasing the heights of door hardware to 1500FFL. We also installed a new window within an existing pre-cast concrete panel which required engineers direction, along with needle and propping until the window was installed.

           This project was a referral from Sarah Moyes at Bhakti Flow – Holistic Design Project Management &amp;amp; Consultant, to complete Jessie’s dream extension and renovation, of her Café Locavore &amp;amp; Providore.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           This Café was a special project, a dream for Jessie (the café business owner), in a building with such character, which has been in the Cathcart family for over 100 years. It is a heritage listed building in the outer eastern suburb of Lilydale, which was originally a stock feeders.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The project brief was to add a third section, to the café, to match the existing façade. This area was to be the new indoor eating space, bar and counter, with the existing space to be converted into a Providore retail shop.

           This was a significant project, including all of the foundation work; underground civil, relocation of mains and upgrade, laying of 145m2 concrete slab along with a new 450m2 carpark (bitumen) with disabled access and retention system garden.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Installation of over 12 tons of structural steel, followed by the timber frame, new 2-hour rated fire boundary wall and electrical and plumbing roughed in.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           The interior design was initiated after the plastering, painting, tiling, cabinetry, including decorative arches, roof &amp;amp; skylights were completed. Opting for a modern, yet heritage compatible interior design, the café and its new façade to match existing heritage, its goes without say that the extension looks as though it was always there and fits in beautifully.
          &#xD;
